Jason Haugh

I am a Professor of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at North Carolina State University. My group has expertise in the modeling of various intracellular processes, including receptor dynamics, signal transduction, and the dynamics of cell adhesion and the actin cytoskeleton. We apply both differential equation and stochastic modeling approaches. I also run an experimental lab. Our experiments apply fluorescence microscopy, supported by computational image analysis, and biological chemistry. I'd be happy to advise on any of these or related topics.
