Submit Materials

To submit your meeting materials follow the steps below. Please note that you must have already registered for the meeting before submitting your meeting materials.
If you have questions regarding your registration or meeting material submission, please contact Jacklyn Ebiasah at NIBIBimag@mail.nih.gov.

1) Click on "Signup" on the grey navigation bar near the top of the site.

2) Complete the information on the registration form.

3) Wait to receive an email with your login account details.

4) Click on the link in the email to activate the one-time login and follow the instructions to change your password.

5) Click on "Submit Materials" under 2019 ML-MSM sub-menu on the navigation bar near the top of the site.

6) Click here to download abstract submission form.

7) Complete and save the abstract submission form in PDF.

8) Find your file on your computer by clicking “Browse” and then clicking “Upload”.

9) Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, and your abstract will be submitted.

10) The submitted abstract and poster can be edited and files can be re-uploaded anytime before the abstract due date of 10/1/2019 at 11:59 EST (Please remember your login email address).

11) Click on "Logout" to securely log out of the site.
