Return 2012 MSM Working Group discussions

The following action items and updates came out of the working group discussion at the 2012 consortium meeting:

Working to increase outreach and visibility. We are going to pursue the idea of establishing a YouTube channel for the working group. The purpose will be to increase visibility for the field and the working group, to provide a vehicle for disseminating knowledge and advertising research highlights. We are soliciting members of the community to contribute relevant videos, or the order of 10-15 minutes. Videos may take the form of demonstrations of workflows, tutorials, illustrations of simulations. If you wish to participate, or if you have any suggestions, please contact Dan Beard (beardda@gmail.com).

Future webinars. Upcoming webinars will focus on multiscale systems biology modeling that integrates cellular processes to the level of whole-organ function. Seminars on the heart and liver are planned for the next few months.
