Allen Brain Atlas is a great resource for that organ.

For lung -- airway trees of individuals are quite different -- how do you create a normative lung. Micro-CT gets down to 50 mu; high-res machine at Iowa gets down to 2 mu but this is static imaging but lung is always moving -- also this is so much rad that couldn't do to human.
