The Office of Data Science Strategy (ODSS) NIH Data and Technology Advancement (DATA) National Service Scholar Program (DATA Scholars) is now accepting applications for our 2021 cohort. This is an excellent opportunity for mid-career data and computer scientists and engineers to tackle challenging biomedical data problems with the potential for substantial public health impact. Scholars engage with NIH experts, top researchers and industry partners. 

Please review the announcement and help us recruit by encouraging three of your colleagues and mentees to apply. A simple message that says, “When I saw this opportunity, I thought of you. You are a perfect fit. You should apply,” can be enough to encourage a colleague or mentee. Applications from women, minorities, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
