3D Printer Designs for Clearing and Imaging Large Samples

Description & purpose of resource

3D printer designs for clearing and imaging mouse whole brains. Two designs are provided:

A) A falcon holder for clearing large samples is provided to clear in parallel up to 8 mouse whole brains using a 2L beaker.

B) A sample holder designed to securely accommodate large samples (glued) on the mobile stage of a light sheet fluorescence microscope (Luxendo: MuViSPIM).
