Multiscale Modeling of the Physiome - Projects Around the World

Return to: MSM Consortium FAQs

IMAG recognizes that there exists unique expertise and/or resources around the world that are working toward the development of accurate predictive models across multiple biological scales. IMAG encourages team science approaches nationally and globally to develop models and collect good quality data that can be shared, reused, and validated.

  • IUPS Physiome Project: The Physiome Project is a worldwide public domain effort to provide a computational framework for understanding human and other eukaryotic physiology. It aims to develop integrative models at all levels of biological organisation, from genes to the whole organism via gene regulatory networks, protein pathways, integrative cell function, and tissue and whole organ structure/function relations.
