## Description

SIMVOL-two-organ recirculating system with shunt. Model includes a three compartment organ tissue exchange and a three region axially-distributed blood tissue exchange. Parameter set illustrates axial diffusion of a pulse input and the effects of the number of stirred tanks used in series. To reproduce figure 12, make sure parameter set fig12.par is loaded. Next go to loops page and run loops on the Acntank parameter to simulate pulse output through organ with differing number of tanks.
