Comment
It would be interesting to include a panels on the economics as well. I could see making a digital twin as being less or more expensive than developing a new drug, depending on the complexity of the DT, what data is already available and how its used.
Hopefully there will be session on how to actually implement a small-scale BDT as a use case with code and data. One of the main reasons I am attending is to get information on implementation and learning about the software/code needed.

Interesting that there is no discussion of the cost of developing DT's. A typical modern drug costs in the vicinity of $1B to develop. Given the breadth and complexity of DT's, compared to developing a single drug intended for a single application, the costs of developing DTs will be significantly higher. Where will the (minimally) tens of billions of dollars come from?
